As a Customer Quality Engineer, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

The role:

As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Identify, collect, and document Supplier, Customer, and Johnson Matthey-specific quality requirements from official documents and web portals within the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure validated products comply with Customer quality standards; actively support the APQP process; prepare, submit, and track PPAP documentation and approvals in line with Customer timelines and specifications.
  • Collect, analyze, and report product and process performance data (quarterly, semi-annually, annually) using statistical tools, submitting results to relevant Customer Quality or Technology departments.
  • Analyze manufacturing and inspection data to identify quality issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions, define internal specification limits for critical parameters, and promote a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree from technical faculty
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Fluent usage (written and verbal) of English
  • Very good project and time management
  • Proactive and team player
