Job Description

Are you a proactive, strong communicator with great organisational skills who likes to get things done?

Join our Sales and Marketing team at Bosch for a transformative experience where you’ll apply your academic journey to real-world business impact. This is a full-time, 12-month opportunity based at our Clayton headquarters.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in product launches: events, promotional activity, displays, training and in-market support
  • Support creation and distribution of point-of-sale materials and manage inventory
  • Conduct market research, analyse consumer trends and competitor activity
  • Track metrics: online sales data, conversion rates, campaign performance
  • Maintain product content libraries: images, specs, awards
  • Raise Purchase Orders, manage invoice workflows and monitor marketing budgets
  • Support internal customer management for retail stores and attend national sales meetings
  • Improve information flows between HQ and field teams; store critical materials in Microsoft Teams
  • Work collaboratively across the business, contribute ideas and support other student projects

Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Currently studying a Bachelor in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field with at least 2 years completed
  • Curious, self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management and well developed organisational skills
  • Strong communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competent in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI and Excel analysis a plus
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence (P class or above)
  • Retail / Hospitality or team-based work experience is highly regarded
