Senior Collections Specialist – B2C
We are seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to join our Bill to Cash (B2C) team. You will manage customer collections, focusing on aged invoices and established collection strategies, while providing excellent customer service to resolve discrepancies and open balances.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform account reconciliations, issue periodic statements, and support AR reporting. As a subject matter expert, you will help improve collection processes, propose solutions, lead training, and ensure compliance with SGS policies. Your expertise will be key to efficiently managing complex collections and achieving SLAs and KPIs.
Requisitos
Education: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in related roles.
