We are looking for Business Analyst Intern in RUS-Innovative Data Transformations team which includes developers, QA engineers, analysts, researchers, and other experts. The team is working on the automation of business processes and delivering best user experience to Align customers. This is a unique opportunity, as a member of an international team, to participate in the development and implementation of digital processes in the orthodontic domain based on best practices, AI and ML.

• MS Office, Teams
• Splunk, Power BI

Key Responsibilities

What type of tasks will be done by intern (responsibilities)

• Help design and document and maintain system / business processes.
• Documenting and communicating the results of BA / team efforts.
• User story / Use cases writing.
• Preparation of reports in Splunk.
• Maintaining the product backlog and project documentation.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Requirements

• Student (3rd – 4th year) of higher education.
• Basic knowledge of UML, BPMN or other notations for visualizing and documenting processes.
• Ability to compose SQL requests.
• Ability to work in MS office.
• Knowledge of English at the upper intermediate (B1) level and above.
• Experience in Jira/ Confluence would be a benefit.
• Basic understanding of Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and learn quickly.
• Analytical mindset, critical and logical thinking
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environment.
