Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales teams across our Coffee, Snacks, and Candy divisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the business side of sales while contributing to key commercial projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring that sales processes run smoothly with tasks ranging from managing customer requests, providing support to sales reps, administrative and record-keeping tasks, and leading key steps for commercialization efforts for new products. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and eager to learn.

Position Responsibilities:

Sales Administration & Customer Support

Complete and maintain customer forms, including new item setup sheets, pricing templates, and vendor documentation.

Prepare, update, and track customer pricing spreadsheets.

Coordinate and track sample requests and shipments.

Support sales team with order inquiries, product information, and other needs

Commercialization Support

Follow established commercialization checklists to help bring new items to market.

Coordinate between sales, operations, purchasing, and FSQA to ensure product readiness and timely launch execution.

Track project milestones and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

Help prepare launch materials such as product specs, sell sheets, and setup documentation.

Other Duties included but not limited to

Provide reporting to management and sales team

Maintain key account records for pricing, key contacts, and other relevant data

Other duties as assigned

Preferred qualifications:

2-4 years Sales / Marketing within foodservice industry.
