About the Opportunity
Driscoll's, the global market leader in fresh berries, is embarking on an exciting business transformation: Project Aurora, the implementation of a new Oracle ERP system. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Finance to play a key role in driving this transformation within our DEMEA region.
Your focus areas will include FP&A, Record to Report (RTR), Source to Pay, Finance Order to Cash elements, Financial Master Data, and tax localization compliance.
Responsibilities
As the Project Manager Finance, you will lead the Finance workstream of Project Aurora, ensuring successful preparation, enablement, and implementation of key financial processes. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Regional Process Owner, IT Project Management, the System Integrator, and regional stakeholders to manage project execution, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage the detailed Finance workstream project plan within the overall DEMEA Aurora program, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource alignment.
- Drive progress across cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and proactively adjust plans to stay on track.
- Oversee the Finance workstream’s critical path and coordinate actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with the Finance Regional Process Owner, IT, the System Integrator, and key regional stakeholders to define objectives and ensure alignment.
- Lead regular meetings, track progress, and provide transparent updates to program leadership.
- Build strong partnerships across functions to support smooth implementation and change adoption.
Risk, Reporting & Change Management
- Identify and manage potential risks, escalating and resolving issues promptly.
- Report on progress, KPIs, and key decisions to the Aurora leadership team.
- Support change management efforts by integrating communication and training activities into the project plan.
Process Optimization & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to PMO project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the Finance workstream.
- Safeguard project quality through structured testing, training, and documentation processes.
Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (Prosci or similar) strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in complex environments
- Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing across all levels of the organization
