Our Treasury Analyst will support treasury operations and will report to the Treasury Director. The position is responsible for supporting general treasury operations including performing daily cash management, cash forecasting and ongoing bank administration.

Responsibilities

You Will...

  • Perform daily cash management of Company funds including cash positioning, concentration of funds, execution of electronic transfer of funds and daily reconciliation of cash activity
  • Maintain daily cash forecast on a rolling one-year basis
  • Provide back up for cash related activity and provide answers to questions from auditors
  • Act as a Treasury liaison with the company’s brands in setting up new banking accounts, services, and handling bank inquiries, bank portal administration and related matters
  • Maintain bank account opening/closing and signatory documentation process
  • Perform variance analysis for bank fees and follow up with banks regarding increases and/or discrepancies
  • Collaborate as an active project team member in promoting continuous process improvements within the Treasury team
  • Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field
  • 1 - 2 years of corporate treasury experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Access, and Word
  • Experience with online banking portals and treasury management systems is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles with strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or other automation tools is a plus

  • Self-starter who is well organized, detail oriented, and accurate, with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clear sense of priorities

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to accept challenges
  • Capability to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to promote continuous process improvements

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

  • Candidate must reside or willing to relocate to the metro Atlanta area.
