What this job involves:

JLL is seeking a LATAM Program Manager for Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) to provide comprehensive service line oversight, supplier management, and financial reporting for all MAC activities across the Latin American region. Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager overseeing Integrated Facility Management, you'll lead medium to large-scale complex cross-functional projects using formal PMO processes while managing vendor performance and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong project management expertise, the ability to understand customer experience, and leadership skills to guide vendors and IFM teams in reducing defects, streamlining service, and adding value for customers. You'll play a critical role in supporting team and individual moves, daily ticket services, and data management related to seat assignments while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assume lead role representing the MAC service line within the IFM team while demonstrating high energy for business and ability to energize others
• Lead medium to large complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using formal PMO processes with integrated timelines
• Facilitate charter development, ensure functions remain on schedule, and escalate issues for successful delivery of project objectives
• Maintain client relationships, manage conflict resolution, and ensure on-site vendor team performance criteria are met
• Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk while facilitating key communication meetings
• Manage program-related MBR reporting, financial tracking, and internal/external relationships in support of program objectives
• Provide consultation on complex medium to large-scale projects that integrate into organized programs while supervising staff recruitment and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with minimum two years of related experience in relocation project management
• Prior supervisory experience with ability to lead staff recruitment, selection, promotion, and performance management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required for effective communication across LATAM region
• Strong process skills, decision-making, and analytical abilities with demonstrated project management expertise
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles with ability to forecast, prepare budgets, and conduct financial analysis
• Ability to comprehend complex business documents and make effective presentations to employees, clients, and top management
• Travel availability as needed with short notice, ranging from 0-4 nights per week depending on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project
• Experience with vendor management and performance optimization
• Knowledge of facility management operations and MAC service delivery
• Experience working in Latin American markets and cultural understanding.
