About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Contract) to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities. The role involves regular client visits, nurturing leads, conducting demos, and supporting business growth in the SaaS/B2B domain.

Note : The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel, both within the assigned region and occasionally to Chennai for training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture inbound leads to conversion.
  • Identify and engage outbound prospects through visits, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular client visits to build relationships and strengthen trust.
  • Deliver product demos and explain use cases (training provided).
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the RSM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of closed accounts.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings, competition, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales / SaaS sales / field business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with regular travel across assigned territory.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Self-driven, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to travel to Chennai for product training if required.

Contract Details

Duration: 1 Year (renewable based on performance and business need).

Location: Gurugram / Pune
