The new team member will be part of GPS Data Lab & Business team within Global Payments Solution (GPS) team, in Clients Solution (CS) division.

What you'll be doing

On operational level, as part of an international team, he/she will interact with GPS business lines, CS IT Portfolio Demand, ICT internal providers and other bank/Group representatives across countries in order to support:

• the active management of GPS ICT project portfolio, including planning, demand and running portfolio monthly monitoring;
• the analysis and alignment of Business Requirements and Business Cases with respect to IT Demand Requests and their alignment with overall business and IT strategies;
• the reporting to the Top Management with regards to financial portfolio utilisation as well as status of project execution;
• preparation and conduction of other alignment meetings with Top Management.

Moreover, he/she will be involved in data analysis and business insights activities to track, explain and monitor Payments trends (including supporting preparation of presentations in the different level of the organisation)

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong financial and analytical skills, data analysis and business intelligence skills as a plus
• Knowledge of basic concepts of ICT management processes (e.g. demand management, project management, release management)
• Good communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Experience in Reporting and Monitoring business performances (MS Office Suite skills)
• Flexibility of approach and ability to deal with different tasks simultaneously
• Capability to manage peak of activity and critical situations
• Good relationship skills and team working attitude
• Fluent in English. Other languages as a plus
