Agency Financing Selection Specialist

Responsibilities:

Financing Request Review & Evaluation

  • Review and assess financing program proposals submitted by agents.
  • Ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Conduct financial and risk analysis to determine feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with GA Owner/Budget Owner

  • Partner with GA Owners to monitor their team budgets and financing utilization.
  • Ensure financing program recruitment is aligned with GA Owner targets and business plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financing strategies for agency growth.

Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement improvements in the financing request review process.
  • Develop SOPs and tools to enhance operational efficiency and transparency.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Business Management / Finance or related major
  • Minimum 5 years in Insurance Industry
  • Report Automation Skills
  • Knowledge in Insurance Agency Business Process
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Macros VBA, Phyton, SQL) is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong inter-personal skills in English would be an asset
