Agency Financing Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Financing Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and deliver monthly financing reports, including Financing Performance, Clawback Target Achievement, and Performance Bonus Target.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of reports to GA Owners, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Agents.

Financing Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor agent performance to identify low-performing and potentially abusive financing behaviors.
  • Analyze trends and patterns to ensure the Financing Program is running optimally and supports high-quality agent performance.
  • Collaborate with Agency Leaders and relevant stakeholders to address performance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Clawback Management & Recovery Coordination

  • Execute clawback processes for agents subject to financing penalties due to performance or retention shortfalls.
  • Ensure clear communication of Pre-Clawback and Clawback targets to agents and agency leaders.
  • Coordinate with Finance for commission deductions and manage third-party collection efforts to recover outstanding clawbacks.

Reporting Automation & Process Optimization

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting tools to support the Financing Program, including: Financing Monitoring, Clawback Targets, Pre-Clawback and Clawback Tracking
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data workflows and reporting accuracy

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Business Management / Data Analytic / Finance or related major
  • Minimum 5 years in Insurance Industry
  • Report Automation Skills
  • Knowledge in Insurance Agency Business Process
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Macros VBA, Phyton, SQL) is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong inter-personal skills in English would be an asset
