THE ROLE

We are seeking a Solutions Enablement Specialist to own the development of joint alliance solution training programs and enable partners to effectively sell Pure Storage joint solutions with our key Alliance Partners.

This role supports Pure’s expanding partner ecosystem—maximizing the value of alliance relationships, accelerating partner impact, and amplifying market reach through meet-in-the-channel solutions.

You will oversee the design, development and delivery of enablement programs tailored for Pure and Alliance Partners, fostering deep collaboration and ensuring consistent, high-quality learning experiences.

You will work cross-functionally with Pure’s Alliance team, Partner Enablement, Channel and Technical Sales, Product Management, and Product Marketing groups to ensure our partners are fully equipped to bring our joint value propositions to customers worldwide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Joint Solution Enablement Strategy

  • Define and execute the enablement strategy for joint alliance solutions in collaboration with Partner and Alliance teams.
  • Translate advanced technical concepts of Pure Storage and Alliance joint solutions into persona-based partner enablement frameworks.
  • Align training initiatives with go-to-market priorities, ensuring measurable outcomes in partner readiness, pipeline generation, and revenue impact.

Program Design & Development

  • Lead the creation of enablement content and learning paths for joint Pure + Alliance solutions (e.g., with hyperscalers, ISVs, or technology partners).
  • Translate technical architectures and joint solution value into structured, role-based training experiences for sales and presales roles.
  • Partner with the curriculum and instructional designers team to develop scalable, blended learning programs (self-paced, virtual, and instructor-led).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary enablement liaison between Pure’s Alliance, Channel Sales, and Channel Technical Sales organizations.
  • Capture and structure subject matter expertise from Product Management and Alliance Solution Architects.
  • Coordinate with product marketing and partner marketing to ensure consistent partner messaging across internal and external channels.

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Manage the delivery of enablement programs across regions and partner tiers.
  • Track adoption and completion metrics; analyze feedback to continuously improve impact and engagement.
  • Champion the sharing of best practices across the global partner and alliance ecosystem.

Thought Leadership & Advocacy

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on how to operationalize joint solution enablement globally.
  • Drive innovation in how partners learn, consume, and apply Pure + Alliance solution knowledge.
  • Represent the enablement function in cross-alliance meetings, partner summits, and internal leadership reviews.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years in partner enablement, alliances, learning architecture, instructional design, or solution engineering.
  • Proven experience working with strategic alliances or global technology partners.
  • Familiarity with enterprise storage, data management, cyber security, cloud, and hybrid architectures.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and joint go-to-market models.
  • Exceptional ability to structure complex technical and business concepts into actionable enablement programs.
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills for working across SMEs, product teams, and instructional designers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to link enablement outcomes to business performance.
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled content tools (e.g. generative AI platforms) to accelerate knowledge capture and program design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical or learning discipline.
  • Technical certifications in cloud, storage, or data ecosystem technologies preferred. #LI-ONSITE
