We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Partner Enablement Program Manager to manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle for partner sales and technical enablement programs. This individual will play a pivotal role in bringing enablement needs from concept to completion — coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure every deliverable is impactful, accurate, and aligned to partner success.

Once an enablement need is identified and prioritized, you will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Learning Solution Architect (LSA) to understand the business context, target personas, and key learning objectives. You’ll oversee the process from scoping and design through content creation, review, and publishing — ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and our partners.

You will develop and operationalize a consistent framework for enablement content creation, including templates, workflows, and best practices that scale across all partner routes to market (Reseller, Distributor, MSP, and GSI). You will also manage a repeatable framework for informing and enabling partners on new products, solutions, programs, tools, sales plays, services, and campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured chaos — balancing process excellence with creativity and innovation — and who can drive alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Partner Enablement Program Manager, you will:

  • Manage the entire enablement content development process from intake to publication, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Partner with SMEs and LSAs to define learning objectives, target personas, and key messaging.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across marketing, product, sales, and enablement teams.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a repeatable framework for enabling partners on new tools, programs, sales plays, solutions, messaging, campaigns, and services.
  • Work cross-functionally to increase roadmap visibility, identify enablement needs, and ensure asset readiness ahead of launches.
  • Develop and maintain templates and documentation for consistent intake, scoping, and design of enablement assets.
  • Facilitate the review and approval cycles between SMEs, LSAs, and Curriculum Developers.
  • Partner with Curriculum Developers to build and track course outlines, design documents, and other enablement deliverables.
  • Work with the LMS Administrator to ensure final assets are published and discoverable in the Learning Management System.
  • Track and report progress, milestones, and metrics to ensure project visibility and accountability.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on enablement performance and learner engagement.
  • Continuously improve and scale the content development process across all partner enablement initiatives.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in enablement, learning, or content development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workflows and review cycles for training or learning content.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles, eLearning course development, and content management processes.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • A creative, proactive mindset — eager to innovate, streamline, and improve how we enable partners.
  • Passion for enablement excellence and a desire to help partners succeed through clarity, readiness, and autonomy.
  • Experience in partner ecosystems and sales enablement within a technology company.
