AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

With this internship opportunity you will join the MRO Industrial Management team (MRO = Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul). This team is responsible for the optimization of the Airbus assets in order to capture, enable and execute the MRO contracts with our Customers.

In particular the Internship will be located in Seville, in Airbus San Pablo facilities, where it has been identified the need to implement several industrial projects in order to be ready to future MRO needs, including hangars transformation. Therefore the internship will be focused in the implementation of those industrial projects.

The activities to be carried out encompasses:

  • Support the Industrial project leaders to ensure a successful execution of the projects.
  • Prepare scenarios analysis and quotations for decision making
  • Provide transparency on the project status, track action implementation and provide guidance for the prioritization of activities.
  • Contribute to the Risk and Opportunity identification of the projects and follow up the mitigation actions
  • Control the cost of the project execution
  • Animate the project governance in order to secure proper stakeholder management and the activation of the escalation channels if needed.

While performing this role, the selected candidate will develop the following skills and competences:

  • Project Management Skills: planning management resource management, scope management, control of execution, deviation management, Risk and Opportunity management, etc.
  • Technical skills: understanding of the complexity of the industrialization of MRO hangars, knowledge of the variety of MRO activities, understanding of the industrial means and enablers to perform MRO activities, etc.
  • Soft Skills: the candidate will need to put into practice a set of soft skills to perform the role: connect and collaborate with people, influence others, communicate in a structure and concise way, be a team builder, contribute to a can do atmosphere, be curious and learn by doing, etc.
  • Airbus Ways-of-working: this internship will require strong interaction with different organizations inside Airbus, giving the candidate the opportunity to learn about how Airbus operates internally: internal organization, workflows, interfaces, roles & responsibilities, etc.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in a Industrial Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Level C1 Spanish.
  • Level B2 English.
  • Project Management fundamentals
