Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex MEP works for a hyperscale data center — driving technical excellence, financial performance, and operational success across all project phases.

About the Role:

  • Oversee complete MEP project lifecycle — design, tender, procurement, construction, and commissioning — ensuring alignment with client goals and safety standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, providing strategic direction, issue resolution, and consistent stakeholder communication.
  • Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in collaboration with commercial and finance teams.
  • Champion HSSE, innovation, and continuous improvement while developing team capability and promoting operational excellence.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in delivering large-scale MEP or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical expertise across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and control systems.
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Skilled in financial management, contract administration, and project governance frameworks.
