Job Description
The Mobility Electronics (ME) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.

Leveraging 18 years of professional experience, our Hungarian team bridges the gap between our international production network (with plants in Hungary, Germany, Malaysia, and Spain) and our multidisciplinary, multinational development teams, enabling the mass manufacturing of state-of-the-art yaw-rate sensors. Your tasks:
► Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of technical experts on complex semiconductor-based sensors
► Scheduling and coordinating work packages with teams from both development and series production plants
► Leading technical discussions with Bosch-internal customers, supporting engineering departments, and production plants
► Coordinating and following up on problem-solving for quality and yield-related issues within the production plants
► Representing sensor development in various forums, such as customer visits, plant audits, and international production networks
► Managing change and implementing production improvement projects for series products
Qualifications
► finished Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in engineering or related field,
(studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics preferred, M.Sc. is an advantage)
► Prior experience in either coordinating or expert roles within development or series production is highly advantageous
► A strong sense of ownership, demonstrated by a content-driven leadership mindset
► Strong motivation and a proven ability to expand knowledge of new technologies, technical solutions, and disciplines
► Openness to agile methodologies and teamwork
► Outstanding organizational and coordination skills, coupled with proactive task mgmt.
► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
► Proficiency in the English language (German language skills are an advantage)
