FMC’s co-op program is aimed at creating a holistic experience for all participants. In addition to working on projects that will have a true impact on our businesses, students are given the opportunity to learn through several professional development and networking events. In the past, co-ops have lunched with executives from the organization, toured our Research and Development facility and our manufacturing plants, and participated in workshops to enhance professional skills. FMC Ag Solutions is projecting a dramatic increase in sales over the next five years in both new and existing products and will require significant additional formulations capacity. This co-op position will work directly with the Formulations & Packaging Engineering team along with other members of the Technical Center team to provide support on various efforts related to capital process management, sustainability, process safety, new product introduction and asset utilization. • Support projects directed by the Technical Center to deliver business value • Collaborate with the Formulations and Packaging team to drive process safety management improvements • Assist in implementation on new standardized processes • Compile and analyze large data sets to develop dashboard reports to leadership • Participate in professional and networking events as provided by FMC • Communicate effectively with management and co-workers
