The Enabling & Technology (ET) team is a vital part of the Mould Engineering organization and is on the lookout for a Senior Enabling Engineer who is passionate about optimizing processes and driving efficiency!
The maternity cover will be until the 28th February 2027.

The ET team consists of nine dedicated specialists with a diverse set of backgrounds and areas of responsibility. ET provides strong governance and support in different areas: Processes, Standards & Guides, IT Tools, Problem Solving & Quality Improvements, Business Support across Mould Engineering in addition to other linked organizations to enhance operational efficiency.
As a Senior Engineer specializing in Mould Engineering, you will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing processes across various functions within our department. Your expertise will help us streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Additionally, you will structure the governance around our technical documentation (Guides & Standards) while ensuring it follows the Internal Management System.
