Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Engineer to lead the development and optimization of test systems and capabilities for BAW and SAW filters. This role supports both production and characterization testing needs, with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RF testing, strong programming and instrumentation skills, and a data-driven mindset to enhance test coverage and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize RF test systems and prototypes for BAW and SAW filters.
• Support production and characterization testing by identifying and implementing test requirements such as FI, harmonics, variants, NTI, and DFT capabilities.
• Design and automate test scenarios and algorithms to improve efficiency, reduce test time, and minimize resource usage.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and software tools for test execution and data analysis.
• Collaborate with design, product, and reliability teams to ensure test coverage aligns with performance and quality goals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for test systems and measurement setups.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance test capabilities and reliability.
• Document test procedures, system configurations, and results in structured technical reports.

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RF test engineering, preferably with BAW/SAW filters and wafer-level testing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with RF instrumentation such as network analyzers, signal generators, and probe stations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and hardware/software integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
