Key Responsibilities:
In the capacity of Associate - Family Office Client Services based in Toronto, you will assume a pivotal role in delivering highly personalized service to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Your daily responsibilities will encompass the preparation of insightful financial reports and dashboards that enable clients to comprehend their wealth portfolios fully. You will coordinate closely with external advisors on matters ranging from tax compliance to investment communication whilst maintaining expert knowledge of each client's affairs. Your adeptness at managing ad-hoc requests-such as analysing personal spending patterns or tracking philanthropic donations-will be essential in providing holistic support. - Prepare comprehensive quarterly financial reports and monthly dashboards that offer clear insights into client portfolios and investment activities, ensuring accuracy and clarity at all times.
- Compile detailed investment dashboards, monitor cash flows and investment transactions, and forecast short term cash requirements to facilitate optimal outcomes for clients.
- Review expense trackers meticulously for accuracy, identifying trends and variances to inform strategic decisions on behalf of clients.
- Analyse financial deliverables including tax-slip packages, bookkeeping records, and related schedules to maintain precise documentation in accordance with best practices.
- Maintain expert knowledge of each client's structures, priorities, transaction history, and serve as the subject-matter expert regarding all supporting documentation locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external professional advisors, responding promptly and accurately to information requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate accounting and tax compliance processes by liaising closely with external bookkeepers and accountants to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all submissions.
- Review investment communications from third parties diligently and initiate appropriate actions when necessary to safeguard client interests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of client and investment information in line with regulatory standards.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance on special projects such as cash forecasts, personal spending burn rate analysis, currency forecasting, art inventory tracking, KYC requests management with banks or regulators, as well as overseeing philanthropy activities.
Key Requirements:
