Job Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital part in our agency's success by providing insightful analysis, strategic financial planning, and budget management. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to inform strategic decision-making and forecasting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with client service teams to collect pertinent data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Contribute to the formulation of financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Develop and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to detect trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Leverage financial systems and tools to optimize processes and improve reporting capabilities.
• Assist with month-end close procedures.
• Review weekly missing time reports and follow up with department leaders.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Account Management teams to evaluate client budgeting and planning.
• Ensure ongoing compliance while staying informed of financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Contribute to working capital management and cash flow forecasting.
• Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
• Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• 3 years of finance or accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to travel as needed.

At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness options, agency perks, and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
