Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated OTT Coordinator to join the Multi-Platform Services group. Reporting to the Senior Manager, OTT, the Coordinator role will provide integral support in the publishing and management of video and text-based content to Microsoft platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital media and is seeking an entry-level opportunity to grow in the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

The OTT Coordinator will assist the team in managing content with an emphasis in Studio71’s partnership with Microsoft. A keen eye for detail, high level of organization, and attention to quality is a must.

The OTT Coordinator’s responsibilities are as follows:

• Support the team in optimizing and publishing content to Microsoft platforms, including generating metadata and ensuring proper delivery of assets.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining creator “brand” pages on Microsoft platforms.
• Monitor content publishing schedules and ensure all assets release correctly and on time.
• Support communication efforts between the team and Microsoft platform contacts.
• Adapt to evolving workflows, including new features or updated platform requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of published content and support ad hoc OTT distribution tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong interest in digital media and content publishing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with digital content and/or content creators
• Familiarity with content management systems and video publishing workflows
• Understanding of journalistic and editorial standards

Salary Expectations

Salary Range: $18 to $20 hourly
