We’re growing rapidly and are seeking Software Engineers at multiple levels of experience - from early career to experienced professionals - to build the next generation of our Talent Cloud platform through scalable back-end services that power our NLP, LLM, and ML-driven features.

You’ll design and develop cloud-native back-end services, with opportunities to contribute across the full stack as our technology evolves. Today, our ecosystem includes TypeScript, Node.js, Python and Java, but we are continuously evolving and value engineers eager to learn and adapt .

You'll collaborate with product experts, data scientists, and engineers in a team focused on innovation, engineering excellence, and meaningful customer outcomes.

This is a hybrid position based in Dublin city centre, our strategic hub for AI development in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs to power AI-driven solutions for global hiring.
• Ensure services are reliable, secure, and performant in cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers in an agile, high-energy team.
• Adapt to evolving technologies and expand your skillset with new tools and languages.
• Develop your expertise through mentorship, peer collaboration, and extensive training resources.

Qualifications

We're hiring at multiple experience levels and will match scope and responsibilities to your background.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript).
• Understanding of API-based architectures, REST, and modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews, agile).
• Basic familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) is a plus, but passion for back-end development is essential.
• Interest or experience with libraries for interacting with AI models (including LLMs) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
