Job Description:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for ground and office roles
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
- Support offer processing and onboarding documentation
- Liaise with hiring managers for interview feedback and scheduling
- Participate in hiring events and career fairs when required
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Interest in recruitment or HR operations is a plus
