Strategy & Execution Director / Sr. Manager
The Strategy & Operations organisation is the in-house dedicated team that supports the GTM and cross-functional teams within Databricks. This team embeds within the business as true partners, working directly with the “client team” on a mixture of strategic and operational issues.
As the Strategy and Execution Director / Sr. Manager for Field Engineering EMEA, you will report into the Senior Director, EMEA Strategy & Execution. You will be the primary business partner to the VP Field Engineering and act as their go-to-person to help them run their business: assess performance, manage resourcing and coordinate reporting. Additionally, your responsibilities will include end to end EMEA business cadences (e.g., pipeline reviews, product adoption analysis, etc.)
This is a unique opportunity at Databricks. This is a high visibility role in a fast-growing region, with many opportunities for growth. You will focus on different priorities as the team grows and scales. This is currently an Individual Contributor role but will expect significant leadership opportunities across the Strategy and Execution teams along with partnering groups. The role will be expected to be based in London.
