About the Team The Integrated Marketing & Campaigns (IMC) team sits within the TikTok Shop US Operations Center as both a marketing and sales campaign team. The team is responsible for the strategic planning, development, coordination, and execution of cross-channel brand and sales campaigns. With deep alignment across PR, digital, and social media, IMC ensures campaigns drive brand awareness, engagement, and targeted revenue growth. The team plays a critical role in delivering cohesive, data-driven marketing strategies that support TikTok Shop’s core business objectives. About the role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance audience engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, data-driven insights, and in-depth industry knowledge to create impactful content that resonates with our B2B audience. Responsibilities - Content Strategy Development: Craft and implement innovative B2B content strategies tailored to the U.S. E-commerce and retail sectors. Align content initiatives with business objectives, target audience needs, and market trends to maximize reach and engagement. - Insight and Industry Report Creation: Leverage strong data analysis skills to gather, analyze, and interpret market data, customer insights, and industry trends. Compile findings into compelling B2B insight reports and industry analyses that inform strategic decision-making and position our brand as a thought leader in live shopping. - Brand Showcase Production: Conceptualize, develop, and manage the creation of brand showcases that effectively communicate our value proposition, product features, and services to B2B clients. Ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence across all showcase materials. - Media Landscape Navigation: Stay abreast of the U.S. commercial media landscape, identifying relevant media channels, influencers, and partnerships to amplify content reach and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with media teams to execute impactful content distribution strategies. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals and supports the customer journey. Provide content guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
Minimum Qualifications - Industry Knowledge: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, or a related field, possess in-depth understanding of the U.S. e-commerce, retail, and consumer goods sectors, including market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. - Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging B2B content across various formats, including reports, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts. - Media Landscape Familiarity: Familiarity with the U.S. commercial media landscape, including online and offline media channels, industry publications, and social media platforms.
