In this role, you will ensure that AcuityMD’s in-person employee experience runs smoothly and consistently, anchoring onboarding, workplace culture, and employee engagement. You will own and evolve our in-person onboarding framework and cultural programming, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with remote initiatives. You'll also partner with People leadership to support the broader employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Must be located in the Boston area for this role as it will require executing on employee experience programs for in person/hybrid employees in our Boston office.

AcuityMD is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. Base salary range: 120k - 160k
