Job Description

We have an opportunity for Intern Tech Support Specialist with Honeywell in Bucharest. Reporting to the Tech Supp Supervisor, you will ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and provide insights to improve interactions, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty

This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This is hybrid work 3+2! (3 days from office + 2 days from home).

Responsibilities:

  • Remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, analysis and resolution of support issues. Follows established process and procedures to provide support to customers via all contracted channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Works effectively with other management and customers to quickly address problems as they arise. Properly log all information into the problem management system.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner and ensure end users are aware of changes to original expectations in accordance with procedural guidelines.
  • Represents Company in a professional and business-like manner and communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
  • Performs other related tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s level program at a university or graduated within the past 12 months, preferably in in IT or a related field
  • Fluent English (B2 and above); Any other language skill is a plus (French, Spanish, German, Italian)
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to function in a high stress and fast paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple time sensitive requests.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
