Your new responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance of MOCVD reactors and other associated support tools such as abatement and furnace oven in the manufacturing epitaxy fab/fabrication.
  • Performing machine schedule maintenance activities in clean room and sub facility with closure SAP PM timely without any safety and quality issue.
  • Sustain the running of the equipment ,daily monitoring of all machine & process parameters and addressing line operation issues, ensure the uptime of the equipment with establish and implement preventive maintenance.
  • Perform troubleshooting of the epitaxy tool software and hardware part with application of measurement systems, assist engineer's tasks in manufacturing and also equipment development activities.
  • Transfer and start-up of new equipment, set-up procudure, hook-up, buy-off and qualification of new equipment together with process engineer as team, ensure processes and equipment are compliance to EHS policy.
  • Perform continuous improvement to identify equipment development potential, and support development activities, perform technical transfer from overseas.
  • Compliance to EHS and safety regulations with high awareness on safety requirement. Keep production workplace 5S and comply to cleanroom protocol.

What we look for

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in MOCVD reactors, high temperature furnaces, in-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, robot handling and toxic gas handling principles.
  • Ability to perform mini hardware implementation project to apply hardware standardization and matching.
  • Experience on MOCVD reactors, high temperature furnaces, in-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum and toxic gas handling principles.
  • Fleunce in English and Bahasa Malaysia preferable.
