Join our team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Associate Manager Accounting and help us ensure conformity with our global accounting standards and provide meaningful & insightful information to our Management.

What role will you play?

  • You will drive global standardization, optimize processes and systems and further enhance our governance framework to ensure compliance with group and local reporting guidelines.
  • As part of our month and quarter-end close activities, you will prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations and analyze our financial performance.
  • With a passion for technology, you will support the deployment of our new SAP ERP system (S/4 Hana) including user testing and data migration.
  • You will closely partner with our finance and business teams to ensure they are provided with best-in-class accounting guidance to drive our business forward.

Our ideal candidate must....

  • Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced international environment
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of tech companies and/or public accounting / CPA preferred
  • Display strong accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, business judgement and excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong project management expertise paired with self-determination and strategic judgment
  • Showcase strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have advanced experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP
  • Be excited to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 2-3 days per week

The salary range for this position is $101,900 to $183,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
