The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- To identify the problems, propose solutions and improvement
- To monitor progress, track and execute key task
- Track daily on all aged orders that stuck at hub to ensure all being attempted / delivered on timely manners
- Process and recover damage orders
- Process Return To Sender (RTS) orders from hub to Sorting on time
- Track valid / invalid Onhold orders
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in transportation/logistics planning
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic spreadsheet tasks
