What you'll do

As a Territory Manager, you’ll sell Gastrointestinal (GI), Respiratory, Infection Prevention (IP), and Endotherapy (ET) products, managing both capital equipment and consumables. Your mission: expand Olympus’ market share and drive sustainable business growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Territory business planning: Analyse your territory, segment targets, and plan accounts strategically.
  • Relationship building: Develop strong, lasting connections with customers to influence account strategy.
  • Action planning: Monitor sales results, manage opportunities, control your pipeline, handle tenders, and track after-sales products.
  • Customer success: Guide customers through the Integrated Sales Process, provide product training, ensure compliance with price policies, and report using CRM tools.
  • Market insights: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

Your qualifications

  • 2+ years of field sales experience
  • Life Science or capital equipment sales experience are considered a plus
  • Proven track record in handling complex sales projects
  • Flexible, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English
  • Enthusiastic self-driven, and committed to continuous growth
  • Strong people skills: connect, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
