Our Global Commercial Contracting team is looking for an Intern or Part-Time Student Assistant to support key initiatives in contract operations, digital tools, and process optimization.

What You’ll Do

Whether you join as an intern or a student assistant, you’ll contribute to meaningful work across several areas:

• Contract Data Enrichment & Analysis
• Validate and analyse contract metadata to ensure accuracy and support reporting and compliance.
• Learning & Enablement Support
• Create tutorial videos and guides to help users navigate systems and workflows.
• Process Documentation & Optimization
• Assist in mapping and documenting processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
• System Access Oversight
• Monitor user access rights and support governance and security compliance.
• Issue Tracking & Resolution Support
• Help identify, document, and follow up on system-related issues.

What You’ll Gain

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Law, Operations, or a related field.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• You’re a clear communicator and comfortable documenting processes.
• You’re proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CLM or contract management systems is a plus.
• You’re available for either a full-time internship or a part-time student assistant role (flexible hours to accommodate your studies).
