About the Role We are seeking an accomplished marketer to serve as the SMB Marketing Campaign LATAM Manager. This role will focus on executing marketing initiatives while contributing to strategic planning for SMB growth in the LATAM region. Working under the direction of the LATAM Lead, you will help implement marketing campaigns that connect with SMBs and drive action on our platform. Responsibilities - Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to support SMB business growth in the LATAM region under the guidance of the LATAM Lead; - Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for SMB marketing efforts in the region; - Collaborate with global and regional internal stakeholders to implement marketing strategies that drive activation, retention, and growth; - Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Creative to ensure alignment and efficient execution of marketing initiatives; - Develop an understanding of SMB business needs, TikTok & competitors' SMB product solutions to inform marketing communications; - Support the coordination between SMB Marketing ICs located in LATAM markets; - Serve as a liaison between Global Business Marketing LATAM and SMB marketing teams to enhance GTM synergies; - Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on both creative insights and data analysis; - Coordinate with Global SMB marketing counterparts on campaign approaches and channel strategies; - Track campaign performance and compile reports on results and optimization opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications - 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with SMB marketing and media background preferred; - Experience in B2B marketing, creative agency, brand creative group or a strategy role within a technology company; - Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination; - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment; - Excellent communication and presentation skills; - Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking; - English proficiency is required because the role involves frequent communication with global teams and stakeholders across global markets. Preferred Qualifications - A solid understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry; - Understanding of SMB business needs, TikTok & competitors' SMB product solutions; - Experience working with both B2B & B2C customers in a regional environment; - Proficient in Spanish is a nice to have because the role involves frequent communication with Latam teams.
