Lead merchandisers to ensure best-in-class execution

General Responsibilities

Creates a detailed plan for the layout of merchandise in a retail store to encourage customers to make more purchases
Develop business relationship with key assigned customers through best-in-class customer services – proactivity, service level, delivery service
Supervise day-to-day merchandisers’ operation to ensure all the plan execute timely and ensure the high share of shelf
Develop strong relationship with store managers to ensure that planograms are aligned and prominent display
Evaluate its effectiveness with key actionable insights
Assist in adjusting product placement strategically to increase sales
Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of action plans and development areas
Other’s task assigned by manager

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
Demonstrate general understanding of industry knowledge to stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and regulations in the retail sector
Demonstrate negotiation and communications skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Diploma/certificate in Sales/Marketing or related fields
