Program structure:
- Duration/Schedule: Full-time during the summer months and part-time during the school year
- Location: Mequon Office - Hybrid
- Start Date: January 2026
What you'll need:
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to succeed in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred experience:
- HR or office experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.
What you'll focus on:
- Assist with scheduling virtual and on-site interviews
- Participate in campus recruitment and support university relations
- Identify new and creative ways to source top talent
- Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
- Day to Day Support of the Talent Acquisition Team
