Part-Time Receptionist – Local Car Dealership (Bridgeport, WV)

Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

  • Thursday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

A reputable car dealership in Bridgeport is seeking a part-time receptionist to join their front office team. This position is ideal for someone personable, detail-oriented, and has basic accounting knowledge. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and may also assist with light administrative and accounting-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Provide basic administrative support to office staff
  • Assist with prepping title work and related documentation
  • Fill in for Accounts Payable support as needed
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and basic reporting
  • Learn and operate internal dealership management software (training provided)

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge (understanding of terms and general concepts)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
