THE JOB:

As a Cook at Park MGM's Cucina del Mercato, you will skillfully apply your culinary techniques to create exceptional dishes that delight our guests. Your warm smile and dedicated service will set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. By connecting with guests and understanding their unique stories and needs, you will take ownership of their culinary journey, crafting WOW memories they will cherish long after their stay. If you're passionate about culinary excellence and providing outstanding hospitality, we want you on our team!

THE STARTING RATE: $25.70

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
• Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
