About this opportunity
Radio Access Network (RAN) automation rApps are transforming the future of network management and optimization. These cutting-edge, cloud-native applications enable the automatic evolution, deployment, optimization, and self-healing of networks—helping service providers achieve peak efficiency, performance, and reliability.
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who is passionate about building ML-driven, cloud-native solutions to join our cross-functional, multi-domain team. In this role, you will design, develop, operate, and maintain scalable Python-based microservices that power the next generation of RAN automation. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, RAN experts, software architects, and QA engineers—each contributing deep domain expertise.
If you thrive in collaborative, agile environments, have a growth mindset, and are eager to make a tangible impact in the telecom technology space, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will do
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain Python-based microservices in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, S3)
- Drive backend development from concept to release, following Agile, DevOps, and TDD principles
- Collaborate with software architects, product owners, and domain experts to define system-level designs
- Mentor junior developers and make strategic technical choices
- Develop and integrate CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments (Jenkins, Git, or similar)

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, delivering elegant and efficient solutions
- Contribute to customer success through technical support and solution implementation
- Advocate for and implement continuous improvement across product, process, and DevOps pipelines
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, team discussions, and international knowledge-sharing forums
You will bring
- Strong autonomy, influence over technical direction, initiating new solutions, and resolving high-complexity challenges
- 6+ years of experience in backend development and/or DevOps engineering (more senior profiles welcome)
- Expert-level Python development skills with a strong track record in microservices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker, or equivalent) and test automation
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, REST APIs, and S3
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices
- Coaching, conflict resolution, stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a passion for collaboration and mentoring
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Nice-to-haves
- Background in telecom or RAN domains, or experience with network automation
- Experience with Go
