About this opportunity
Radio Access Network (RAN) automation rApps are shaping the future of network management and optimisation. These innovative, cloud-native applications enable networks to evolve, deploy, optimise, and self-heal autonomously—empowering service providers to achieve unmatched efficiency, performance, and reliability.
We are seeking an Experienced Software Developer with a passion for building ML-driven, cloud-native solutions to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring elegant and efficient solutions
- Support customer success through technical assistance and tailored solution integration
- Champion continuous improvement across products, processes, and DevOps workflows
- Engage actively in agile ceremonies, team discussions, and international knowledge-sharing sessions
You will bring
- 3+ years of experience in backend development and/or DevOps engineering
- Proficiency in Python with a strong background in microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar) and automated testing
- Practical expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, REST APIs, and S3
- Solid understanding of modern DevOps methodologies and practices
- Skills in coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
- Excellent English communication skills, with a passion for knowledge-sharing and mentoring
- Familiarity with Agile software development methods
