Responsibilities - Support the acquisition and onboarding of new sellers, with a focus on Japanese-speaking merchants. - Ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience by assisting sellers throughout their initial setup on the platform. - Provide general operational support and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fields such as Business, Marketing, or related areas are a plus). - Proficient in Japanese (both written and spoken); majoring in Japanese or related studies to be able to converse with Japanese-speaking merchants. - Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva). - Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player. - Available to commit to the internship through the end of December. Preferred Qualification - Able to commit at least 3 working days per week for a minimum duration of 3 months.
