Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment & EMR Operations

  • Ensure correct container release and sufficient supply for bookings, especially VIP accounts.
  • Monitor container pick-up progress and minimize long-standing containers.
  • Coordinate with depots for container positioning and evacuation.
  • Educate customers on container standards and support GOH orders.
  • Conduct weekly audits and maintain seal/desiccant stock.
  • Provide reports and training for newcomers on equipment/EMR.

2. Vendor Performance Management

  • Ensure vendors meet service level agreements and KPIs.
  • Monitor depot performance and customer complaints.

3. Cost Optimization

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Final-year students who can commit to work full-time for 6 months from September 2025 or fresh graduates.
  • Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International
  • Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office. Candidates who can use additional languages (especially Chinese) will have a huge advantages.
  • Native Khmer. Have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Data-driven and proactiveness. High learning agility and Willing-to-do mindset.
