Summary

Prepares and serves food for meal service to patients and/or patrons. Completes sanitation procedures based on guidelines of Allegheny County Health Department and other regulatory agencies for maintaining department work areas, and processes items used for meal service.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. High school graduate or equivalent.
  2. Previous commercial or institutional food service experience.
