Team Introduction:
The Global E-commerce team focuses on content-driven commerce through livestreaming and short videos. We aim to create a fun, interactive shopping experience and make global trade efficient and accessible. Our mission is to deliver a personalized, flexible, and efficient user experience while providing stable, scenario-based services to help merchants sell quality products at affordable prices — making a better life within reach.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and cascading various womenswear campaigns, and following-up action points from Account Managers
- Setup in-app resources such as h5 campaign pages, registration links, vouchers and subsidies for category campaigns
- Assist in organizing activities for creators such as Creator Tasks, Offline Creator-Seller matchmaking event, and KLS sessions. Facilitate and monitor samples distribution from sellers to creators
- Manage budget and configure creator support such as ads & vouchers
- Evaluate category campaigns and creator initiatives vs input & output metrics
- Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a university student, with availability to commit to 4-5 working days per week
- Good understanding in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to efficiently process and interpret data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Availability for a 6-month internship commitment
- Knowledge of creator content and trends, enabling the identification of emerging creators, viral content, and key assortment features
- Understanding of the womenswear category (including tops, bottoms, dresses, underwear, suits, and overalls) to leverage buyer insights and market trends for campaign development
- Experience or familiarity with e-commerce campaigns, with insights into effective in-app marketing tools and promotional strategies
