We are seeking an IT professional to join our team as an IT Compliance and Audit Expert. As an IT Audit Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our IT audit processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing expert advice to stakeholders.

In your new role you will:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate audit scheduling and scope as well as develop and maintain relationships with auditors
• Guide IT colleagues for upcoming internal and external audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
• Provide expert advice and guidance on IT audit matters to stakeholders
• Support as reviewer and tester for financial audit relevant Internal controls (ICS) and provide recommendations for enhancement
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies

You have a talent for identifying and mitigating IT risks and possess a keen sense for compliance and regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset allow you to tackle complex IT audit challenges with a positive and constructive perspective. With an open-minded and structured working style, you can work independently to analyze and resolve IT audit issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new compliance standards and methodologies.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in IT, preferably in an auditor risk management role
• Basic knowledge of SAP systems
• Knowledge regarding common compliance standards (e.g., SOX, SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, COSO, COBIT, NIS2, and/or ISO 27001)
• Basic understanding of IT audit principles, including risk assessment, control evaluation, and audit testing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
