You’ll make an impact by:

• You will lead national and international development and innovation projects in the medium voltage sector, taking responsibility for the success of the projects
• You will conduct pre-development studies to demonstrate the technical feasibility of new products and technologies
• You will work on the development of innovative design features and integrate new technologies to enhance performance and reduce costs
• You will be responsible for quality, costs, and timelines until the successful completion of the project, ensuring that all project goals are met
• You will build and maintain contacts with internal and external partners, research institutes, and universities to foster knowledge exchange and innovation

• Education
  • You hold a degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field
• Experience & Skills
  • You have longterm professional experience in vacuum switching technology and mechanical and electromechanical drive systems
  • You have profound knowledge of switching devices for indoor and outdoor applications, ideally complemented by experience with testing equipment and procedures as well as international standards
• Ways of working
  • You are characterized by a creative and pragmatic approach to work, with a hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, and a focus on results
• Languages
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
