Project Manager Proposals
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Drive day to day operations for all Sidel portfolio from business opportunity identification to contract signature/kick off meeting. Responsible to negotiate (together with Sales) the most suitable technical solution for the Customer, which maximizes margin for Sidel.
YOUR MISSION
- Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes
- Implementing and Following HSE standard
- Understand customer needs and assist in matching with Sidel portfolio during precontracting phase
- Prepare project specifications, costing, installation schedule, contract revision and order confirmation
- Prepare budget quotation and commercial offer in collaboration with Sales force, in preparation for negotiations
- Ensure projects technical & QCD level in front of the client, projects profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Main entry point for all technical aspects and communications with Sidel stakeholders
- Ensure coherence/accuracy of margin between Order Intake and Kick Off/Financial Kick off, data collection for project manufacturing and KO
- Give instructions to the Design office for definition and layout
- Manage risk and contingency plan ,Monitor risks &Escalating issues that may cause business deliverables or customer satisfaction disruption.
- Uploading all documentation in System(Project share folder etc. )
- Technical and cost definition of addon quotations if necessary
- Follow up of external suppliers (3rd party eqpt, piping & electrical works, …)
- Ensure regular and timely reporting to the Stakeholders including team internally and customer externally
- CAD design capacity is a plus
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years’ experience in project management and managing projects in a multicultural environment
- Experience in the beer & beverage industry is a plus
- Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges in machinery or complete line is a plus
- Result oriented minded
- Knowledge of PMP and cusomer oriented
- Knowledge of project financials
- Sales experience in a comparable industry is a plus
- Able to travel
