We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at ByteDance.

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to ByteDance and its affiliates' jobs globally.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships

  • From January to June
  • From May to August (Summer)

We are looking for an intern to join our South Asia Sales team in tapping into potential client opportunities and growing new businesses. You will be supporting the sales initiatives for our cutting edge innovation technology solutions in Singapore, driving revenue, adoption and market penetration for targeted industry vertical from scratch.

  • Curate outreach campaigns and execute
  • Perform market research and help prepare competitor analysis and list of prospects
  • Help build a strong pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite via prospecting via emails, calls, LinkedIn etc.
  • Support execution of Go to Market strategy by preparing necessary proposal documents & comparisons
  • Proactively prepare necessary documents for client meetings
  • Liaise with Product, Marketing & Product Solution teams to identify gaps, share market intel and help drive Product Market fitment
  • Support hosting of events, webinars and appointment setting actions
  • Self driven, thrive in ambiguity and result oriented

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Effective research skills to sieve through large amounts of resources, website data to identify potential customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, plugin tools such as Linkedhelper, Zoominfo, GPT, Similarweb
  • Ability to comprehend & an inclination for technical topics (AI, LLMs)
