Team Introduction: The Global E-commerce team focuses on content-driven commerce through livestreaming and short videos. We aim to create a fun, interactive shopping experience and make global trade efficient and accessible. Our mission is to deliver a personalized, flexible, and efficient user experience while providing stable, scenario-based services to help merchants sell quality products at affordable prices — making a better life within reach. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: 1. Social Channel Management - Develop and implement content plans for social media and community groups - Manage and activate online groups through daily engagement activities - Monitor and guide group interactions to align with platform direction 2. Offline Event Management - Lead end-to-end execution of offline events, including planning, coordination, and post-event performance review 3. Communication & Content Strategy - Handle internal and external communication for education and engagement initiatives - Define content pillars and develop daily and monthly content strategies 4. Performance Measurement & Reporting - Monitor and analyze communication channel performance on a daily and weekly basis - Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources - Conduct data analysis using statistical tools and present insights through visualizations and reports 5. Data Support for Platform Projects - Analyze data and provide insights to support various platform initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled university students who can work full-time 5 days a week for a minimum of 6 months - Strong communication skills and ability to evaluate event performance - Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) and video editing knowledge - Experience in video content production, particularly for TikTok and YouTube (short-form and long-form) - Strong content writing skills for both educational and engaging purposes Preferred Qualifications - Graduating in 2026 or later, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher - Solid portfolio of personal projects or work experience, showing clear project results and candidates' contribution - Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve problems independently - Proficient in statistical analysis and using data visualization tools By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy.
